Money Debited but Failed Purchase?
While in the process of there are many chances that sometimes your money debit from your respective account but the purchase may not complete.
No worries, please write to us with the transaction references, we will contact our Payment Gateway and will resolve the issue in max 1 day time. Or else the Payment Gateway and our bank will issue an automatic refund.
Canceled order, what happens to my money?
You've ordered but wanted to cancel your order for any reason. No worries please contact us within max 2hrs from the order placed, we will cancel your order and process a full money refund.
Refunded money will be credited to your respective account in a max of 1 to 5 working days by our Payment Gateway.
Received a wrong Chocolate?
99.9% of the time we will not deliver the wrong product because of the delivery system we follow. But some human errors are inevitable and out of our control. In such cases please contact us we will send the right product to your doorstep in max 1 to 5 working days without charging any extra or without expecting the return of the already sent chocolate. Or if you may want a refund, we will issue a 100% refund to your respective account.
Received a damaged Chocolate?
We have been practicing the best possible ways of chocolate packing and delivery. We are tied up with the best available couriers Blue Dart and FedEx for all of our delivery needs across India. But if you receive damaged chocolate, please let us know, we will send one more of your order at no extra cost. Or if you want a refund, we will issue a 100% refund without taking much delay.
